CONNECT Osteopathy & Performance accepts private health extras cover for Osteopathy services (please check with your provider to ensure coverage). HICAPS is available for onsite claiming on the day. Gap payments can be made by cash or EFTPOS. Please Note - we have no preferred provider.

Some clients may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan via their GP. This subsidises the cost of up to 5 allied health sessions through Medicare each calendar year. CONNECT charges a $35 out-of-pocket expense for 1-hour initial consultations and 40-minute return consultations under a CDM referral. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment, with Medicare claims submitted electronically for rebate payment directly to your nominated bank account.Please contact your GP clinic for more information.
